Hello, I am Shermin Thomas, I am a freshman at University of Central Florida. Welcome to my E-portfolio. This semester I am taking ENC 1102, throughout the semester we were focusing on writing a research article and creating a website to publish our research work. My research focused on the influence of social media to create awareness about the current issue, climate change. I was always interested in studying about environment and ecosystem, so when our professor asked to choose a research topic without any second thought, I choose my topic. This helped me to research more about the subject I am           passionate about along with the discourse community.
